  • Delivered over a 12-month period, 900+ new recruits completed a 4-week service-led course for the new Cap Gemini One 2 One call centre in Forress, Morayshire
  • The design of service specific training materials and the delivery of training required to drive a major Inverness service-based transitional project forward.
  • Design and delivery of customer care materials, and Operational and Team Leader training for Vertex (60 team leaders and 14 operational managers)

As the call centre, or more accurately, customer contact centre industry expands throughout the Highlands and Islands and Scotland and beyond, ITP have proactively designed a series of training interventions to meet the requirements of any situation.
